I created this system because I needed it.
Earlier in my career, I led teams in technology and financial services inside large organizations where the pace was relentless, expectations were high, and leadership challenges were constant.
Like many leaders, I invested heavily in leadership development.
I learned models. Frameworks. Tools. Techniques.
But there was one thing nobody taught me - the conditions that shape how we show up as leaders. The invisible factors that determine whether we lead with clarity, presence, and intention—or drift into patterns that limit our impact.
More importantly, nobody taught me how to become aware of those conditions or how to intentionally create them for myself or the people I led.
So I started experimenting. I tested ideas on myself first. I paid attention to what changed. What helped. What didn't.
Over time, people began noticing. They started asking how I was able to show up the way I did consistently, especially during difficult situations.
Those conversations became coaching.
Those coaching conversations revealed patterns.
Those patterns became a system.
That system became the Leadership Practitioner Operating System™.
And that's what I'll be sharing with you in this workshop.
